Your accommodation is a sunny, private, beautiful two bedroom apartment (sleeps 2 to 5 comfortably).

The apartment has its own private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture and adjacent to stairs to our swimming pool with spa pool. Garden and lawn around the property with the reserve right across the road, pathway to the main road and buses nearby, views of the ocean from your bed! and the beach within walking distance.

There are two double bedrooms both with a queen size bed plus a 3/4 size bed also in the 2nd bedroom. Tiled modern bathroom and laundry. Tiled, open plan kitchenette (full size frig/freezer, basic stove/rangette), dining and lounge leading out to the courtyard.

A cot and high chair are all available on request at no additional charge.

High quality linen/towels are provided.


And for those rainy days there is a TV and DVD in the lounge and a TV/DVD/iPOD docking station 'all in one' in the main bedroom.
Plus many board games, DVDs and books. There is also a PlayStation unit if required (BYO favourite games).

Very quiet and peaceful in a safe and secure environment. With the added benefit of the swimming pool with 'swim jets' for the fitness fanatics, a heated jacuzzi to laze or socialise in and another BBQ by the pools. You are welcome to invite your family or friends for a BBQ and a dip in the pool when they come to visit.

Also we have a 2010 Suzuki Swift 5 door Liftback, Automatic car with all the airbags and safety features available for use by our guests an extra $150 per week ... and it does have..... signwriting advertising my real estate business...but all very tasteful of course...black with silver writing lol .
